Provides overall spiritual and ministerial direction. Weekly preaching, staff development, counseling, and discipleship training for elders, deacons, and ministry leadership.
Directed the organization's flagship ministry at Princeton University. Managed a $1.1M annual budget, a 5,000 sq. ft. ministry center, and a large team of staff and interns. Successfully pivoted to 100% online delivery during COVID-19 with zero attrition. Organized 20 Bible courses and weekly lectures.
Directed the Texas Academy of Math & Science residence hall, regulating 35 student groups and supervising administrative staff.
Launched the High School program. Hired faculty, developed a 4-year curriculum plan, taught Physical Science, and served on the AdvancEd School Accreditation Team.
Created membership curriculum and grew the youth group from 30 to 60 students. Engaged in discipleship, preaching, curriculum writing, and website/media development.
Taught Math, Science, and Bible. Served as Chapel Coordinator and wrote the Junior High Bible Curriculum.
