Dr. Laila Risgallah Wahba is an entrepreneur, inspirational public speaker, author, and determined social advocate. As a trauma counselor and trainer, she has spent decades establishing support organizations, designing preventative curriculums, and utilizing innovative technology to help individuals, families, and organizations overcome trauma and abuse.
She is an Ashoka Fellow and the founder of Not Guilty for Family Development, a landmark organization partnering with businesses, schools, social services, and communities to abolish sexual abuse, bullying, and trauma.

- Filmed and produced 23 television episodes dedicated to raising awareness about sexual abuse.
- Facilitated training and awareness sessions for over 900 employees, 3,500 parents, 39,000 children/adolescents, and 800 educators in over 60 schools.
- Provided over 3,000 hours of professional, life-restoring counseling for survivors of sexual abuse.
