Please carefully review the following agreement: This Agreement is governed
by the laws of the State of Texas.
The student ("Student") hereby affirms possession of the necessary technological resources,
including but not limited to a broadband Internet connection and a computer, smartphone, or
tablet, to facilitate access to the enrolled program at Lucent University ("University").
The Student understands that any recordings or other content provided on the Student's
dashboard are for personal use only. Unauthorized sharing or distribution of such materials
in any form constitutes a violation of US federal copyright law.
The Student understands the obligation to submit high-resolution images of pertinent
documents, including two forms of government-issued identification (such as an
identification card, driver's license, passport, or other officially recognized document
containing a photograph), within thirty days of the enrollment date for the Extension
courses.
The Student acknowledges that any engagement in misconduct, including but not limited to
cheating, plagiarism, hacking, public scandal, immoral conduct, harassment of other students
or staff, or any other misconduct as outlined in the Student Code of Conduct page, may
result in expulsion from the program and a permanent remark on the Student's transcript.
The Student consents to receive electronic communications from the University, including
newsletters and promotional messages pertaining to the University's products and services.
The Student acknowledges that the University reserves the right to make modifications to the
program without prior notice. These modifications may include, but are not limited to,
alterations to the curriculum, changes in course offerings, or revisions to course
descriptions, and replacing professors, or tutors.
The Student confirms having reviewed the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) page, which also
serves as the Student's Handbook, and is fully cognizant of the Student's responsibilities,
as well as the procedures and obligations of the University.
The Student understands that the University will collect, process, and store personal
information in compliance with the European Union General Data Protection Regulation, as
detailed in the Privacy Policy.
